Email [email protected] for account, connection, listing or privacy questions. Include the affected page, assistant name, approximate time and error message so we can investigate. Remove API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords and unnecessary personal information before sharing a screenshot or log.
Assistant connection help
Start with the connection guide. You can view usage, disconnect an assistant and revoke API keys in Account settings. If your workspace restricts custom connectors, its administrator may need to permit the connection.
Job corrections
Use the report control on a job page or email the posting’s PickedJobs URL and the issue. Employers control applications and hiring decisions. We cannot submit applications or contact employers on your behalf.
Privacy, deletion and security
For access, correction, export or deletion requests, email [email protected] from the address associated with your PickedJobs account. We verify ownership before changing account data. Browser-only saved jobs and tools are cleared through your browser’s site-data controls. Email alert subscriptions are managed through their unsubscribe links.
Report a security issue privately to the same address. Include steps to reproduce it and avoid sending live credentials or other people’s data. Read the privacy policy for details about data handling.
