Using PickedJobs
These terms apply to the PickedJobs website, account features and assistant connections. Use the service for lawful job discovery and keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for the assistants and API keys you authorize. You may stop using the service and revoke connected access at any time.
Job information and applications
PickedJobs maintains a catalog assembled from employer career pages and applicant-tracking sources. Employers control their listings, eligibility requirements, compensation, applications and hiring decisions. Information can change or become unavailable; check the current employer posting before relying on it. We do not guarantee that a job remains open or that an application leads to an interview or offer.
Assistant tools search jobs, read postings and check usage. They do not submit applications, contact recruiters or act as an employer. You choose whether to follow an application link and share information with the employer.
Access limits and acceptable use
Account allowances and rate limits apply across connected assistants and API keys. Do not bypass authentication or limits, use another person’s account without permission, attempt to obtain private data, interfere with the service or bulk-redistribute the catalog. We may restrict access that abuses the service or threatens its security. Features and limits can change; the account page and tool responses show the current allowance.
Content and third-party services
Employer descriptions, logos and other third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access to a listing does not transfer those rights or authorize unrestricted republication. Assistant platforms, sign-in providers and employer application sites have their own terms and privacy policies. PickedJobs is an independent service; directory availability does not imply endorsement by an assistant provider.
Availability, privacy and support
We work to keep the service useful and available, but interruptions, errors and incomplete listings can occur. The privacy policy describes how account and connection information is handled.
